NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF HULL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT
AND PORTAGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Rooms 1 & 2 of the Portage County Annex, 1462 Strongs Avenue, Stevens Point, the Portage County Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at which time and place all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to REQ-2026-011 – A request by Tyler Ignatowski, agent for owners Kyle Kluck Investments LLC, and Koshnick Properties LLC, to amend the Town of Hull Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designation of .5 acres of parcel 020240822-09.04 from Rural Residential to Commercial; and rezone .5 acres of parcel 020240822-09.04 from A4 General Agricultural to C4 Highway Commercial and .5 acres of parcel 020240822-09.05 from C3 Commercial to C4 Highway Commercial. The reason for the request is to operate mini warehousing. The property is located at 4410 STH 66 in the SW ¼ of Section 22, T24N, R8E, in the Town of Hull.

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard, and accommodations have been made to do so remotely if you prefer.
