PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MILLSTONE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Notice is hereby given that 352 Monmouth Road LLC as Owner/Applicant, has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Millstone ("Board") for an Appeal of a denial of a zoning permit by the Zoning Officer and alternatively for a Use ("D") variance relief to permit a tenant's proposed office use being specifically an outpatient counseling center dedicated to supporting individuals in maintaining sobriety and improving their overall quality of life exclusively through talk therapy at the existing office building that was previously granted minor site plan approval, use variance, bulk variance and design waiver relief by the Board to permit the office building in the zone which did not permit such use. The subject property is located at 352 Monmouth Road, Millstone, New Jersey, which is also designated as Block 62, Lot 20.05 on the Millstone Township Tax Map. The subject property is in the R-130 Zone and comprises approximately 2.25 acres. The Applicant does not propose any exterior improvements at the office building. The Applicant seeks the continuation of any and all previously granted site plan approvals, use ("d") and/or bulk ("c") variance approvals, waivers, approvals, interpretations, and/or other relief, as well as any and all other, additional, site plan approvals, use ("d") and/or bulk ("c") variances, waivers, approvals, interpretations, and/or other relief as the Board or its professionals may deem necessary or appropriate while considering this application.
