NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE
ELECTION TO BE HELD ON Tuesday,
AUGUST 4, 2026
CITY OF BRONSON
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF BRONSON:
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that any qualified electors of the City of Bronson who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk, the office of the County Clerk, A Secretary of State Branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the City Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20, 2026.
After this date anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the City Clerk's office, located at 141 S. Matteson St., Bronson, MI 49028 at the following times:
Regular business hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday August 1, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Election Day, Tuesday August 4, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The August 4, 2026 State Primary Election will include nominations for the following partisan offices, as applicable to City of Bronson voters:
GovernorUnited States SenatorRepresentative in Congress – 5th Congressional DistrictState Senator – 17th Senate DistrictRepresentative in State Legislature- 35th DistrictBranch County Prosecuting AttorneyDelegate to County Convention
Voters will select the nominees of their political party for these offices. The nominees chosen at the State Primary Election will advance to the November 3, 2026 General Election.
