NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following maps and documents will be considered at the hearing
drawing of driveway and survey _______________________________________________________________________
and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday at the office of the Secretary of said Zoning Board of Adjustment Board at the Municipal Building. At the hearing the applicant intends to request the following variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D-70 ___________________________________________________________________________________
_1. The applicant seeks approval of bulk variances under NJSA 40:55D-70C
_2. Section 245-311 of the Twp Code requires the driveway apron to not exceed 18 feet in width. A driveway apron width of 50 feet is proposed
3. Section 245-311 of the Twp Code requires paver driveway to have a setback of 5 feet from the side property line. A setback of 0 feet is proposed _________________________________________________________________________________
_4. Section 245-09 and 245-10 of the Twp Code requires the enclosed outdoor shower/cold rinse to be setback minimum of 5' from the side property line. A setback of 1 foot is proposed. __________________________________________________________________________________
