UV UPGRADE CONTRACT 2026-01G, 2026-02E NEWBERRY TOWNSHIP SEWER DEPARTMENT YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA This project involves upgrading the existing UV treatment system at the Newberry Township Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing components, installation of a temporary bypass system, interior concrete work, building improvements, installation of the UV system, electrical distribution and lighting system. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 8:30 AM on Wednesday July 15th, 2026 at the Township office. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
