NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek AHU-1 Replacement
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids are being secured from and will be received by: The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County d/b/a Eskenazi Health (Eskenazi Health), 720 Eskenazi Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, for AHU-1 Replacement at Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek located at 9443 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46235. Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek AHU-1 Replacement is a project consisting of full replacement of the main building air handler and associated condenser and controls. The building must be kept fully functional. The project includes provisions for temporary cooling and heating.
Bids shall be in full accordance with Bidding Documents, properly and completely executed, and which are on file and may be examined on or after Monday, July 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM by prospective Bidders at the following locations:

Each bidder for a prime contract will be required to obtain a minimum of one complete set of bidding documents. Bids will be received for a single contract and shall be in full accordance with the construction documents. Copies of such drawings and project manuals must be obtained from Repro Graphix, Inc., 437 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Payment and costs of Bidding Documents are to be covered solely by each bidder (hard copies must be purchased by the bidders themselves). Bidding documents will be available at Repro Graphix, Inc. on July 6, 2026.
A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM, local Indianapolis, Indiana time. The meeting will be held at the project site – 9443 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46235.
Bids will be received at Eskenazi Health, 720 Eskenazi Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, Main Hospital Concourse, Faegre-Drinker Conference Room between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, local Indianapolis, Indiana time. Bids received after 1:30 PM will be returned unopened. Three (3) sealed bid copies identifying the project name are required. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM, local Indianapolis, Indiana time in the Faegre-Drinker Conference Room.
Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Eskenazi Health, in the amount of 5% of the Bidder’s total bid and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder’s name and address as specified in the bid instructions.
