Ellon Trowbridge, whose last place of residence is 283 Cardinal Street, Apple Creek, OH 44606, will take notice that December 23, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the matter of CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC v. Michael A. Washington, Jr., et al., Case No. CV-25-130217, in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, Ohio, 107 W Liberty St, Wooster, OH 44691, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Ellon Trowbridge is unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 283 Cardinal Street, Apple Creek, OH 44606 and known as Parcel Number 2700085000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Wayne County Auditor’s Office, located at 428 W. Liberty St., Wooster, OH 44691.
You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on July 14, 2026.
In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
