Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 4 East, Rankin County, Mississippi, thence North 396.0 feet to a point on the North side of Baker Lane marking the point of beginning; thence North 61 degrees 49 minutes West 137.93 feet to an iron pin; thence North 11 degrees 23 minutes East 160.0 feet to an iron pin; thence East 90.0 feet to a point; thence South 222.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.47 acres more or less and being part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 4 East, Rankin County, Mississippi.

A certain tract of land containing 0.011 acres, more or less, situated in the Southwest Quarter of the of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 4 East, Rankin County, Mississippi and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a ½” rebar marking the Southwest corner of Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 4 East, Rankin County, Mississippi; run thence North 68 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds Esat for 1271.97 feet to a point, said point hereinafter referred to as the Point of Beginning.
Thence North 11 degrees 02 minutes 33 seconds East along the West line of the Wooten property for 3.40 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a 01 degrees 32 minutes 55 seconds curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 3699.80 feet and a chord of South 61 degrees 52 minutes 01 seconds East for 136.28 feet, for an arc distance of 136.29 feet; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 23 seconds East along the East line of the Wooten property for 5.57 feet to a 10’ post; thence North 61 degrees 10 minutes 48 seconds West along the North line of Baker Lane for 137.93 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
You have been made Defendants in the Complaint filed in this Court by RYAN BURRAGE AND EDGAR ROSS BUSBY, seeking to remove clouds and confirm title to the real property described therein. Defendants other than you in this action are: LYNN FITCH, Attorney General of the State of Mississippi.
