NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE/DISCONTINUE PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of July, 2026, at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grand Chute will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall, 1900 W. Grand Chute Blvd., Grand Chute, Wisconsin and take action on a Resolution vacating and discontinuing the following described public road right-of-way as located within the Town of Grand Chute:
Land being part of Public Right of Way described in Vol 540 Page 567, being located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 17 East, Town of Grand Chute, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, containing 6,224 Square Feet (0.1429 Acres) of land described as follows:
Commencing at the East 1/4 Corner of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 17 East;
thence, S00°32'57"E along the East Line of the Southeast 1 /4 of said Section 29, 1331.48 feet to the South Line of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 29; thence,
S88°52'38"W along said South Line, 1352.04 feet to the West Right-Of-Way Line of N. Westhill Boulevard; thence, S00°33'00"E along said Right-Of-Way Line, 47.84 feet to the North Right-Of-Way Line of a Frontage Road to College Avenue (S.T.H. 125); thence, S89°56'21"W along said North RightOf-Way Line, 10.00 feet to the Point Of Beginning of the portion of said Frontage Road Right-Of-Way being Vacated / Released; thence, S00°33'00"E, 30.00 feet to the North Right-Of-Way Line of College Avenue (S.T.H. 125); thence, S89°56'21"W along said North Right-Of-Way Line, 207.45 feet; thence, N00°33'00"W, 30.00 feet to the North
Right-Of-Way Line of a Frontage Road to College Avenue (S.T.H. 125); thence, N89°56'21"E along said North Right-Of-Way Line, 207.45 feet to the Point Of Beginning of the portion of said Frontage Road Right-Of-Way being Vacated I Released. Described area is Subject to any easement and restrictions of record.
