PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Proposed Rezone Before the Town of Franklin Planning Commission   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Franklin Town Hall, 14134 Taus Road, Cato, WI. The Town of Franklin Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering the rezoning of approximately 4.48 acres from Rural Residential (R-1) to General Commercial-Industrial District (C-I). The 4.48 acres is currently cropland with the desire to build a small fertilizer business and home on the property. The Lot 1 CSM is located in part of the SE ¼, SE ¼ Section 5, T20N, R22E Town of Franklin, Wisconsin. The location of the property entrance is approximately 800 feet north on CTH NN from the intersection of CTH K and CTH NN.   The public hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
