In general, the major work items include: The improvements shall include, but are not limited to, the construction of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, residential driveways, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
