The aforementioned manufactured home is located in the Maizefield Manufactured Home Community located at 500 Municipal Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257. Said matter being brought before this Honorable Court on the Petition of Glotfelty Family Limited Partnership, Kenneth Glotfelty and Ruth Glotfelty. Kenneth and Ruth Glotfelty purchased all rights, title and ownership in the aforementioned manufactured home from Maizefield Mobile Home Park L.L.P. Kenneth and Ruth Glotfelty transferred all rights, interest and ownership to the aforementioned manufactured home to their family limited partnership known as Glotfelty Family Limited Partnership. Any and all individuals and/or entities asserting an ownership interest in said manufactured home should appear in person or through their representative at the hearing.
