In pursuance of and by virtue of an JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE signed by the Honorable Patrick J. MacRae, Justice, Supreme Court on June 9, 2026 (the "Judgment") and entered in the office of the Oneida County Clerk on June 10, 2026, the undersigned referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the Oneida County Clerk's office, lobby, 302 North James Street, Rome, New York on August 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the premises described in Schedule "A" attached hereto. The amount due to the plaintiff as fixed in the Judgment is $105,512.49 together with, as applicable, accruing interest, fees, costs, attorneys fees, expenses, advances, and other amounts as specified in the Judgment.
