ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ROUTE 347 REALTY CORP., WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, SPOUSES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and for adverse possession has been filed concerning the following real property located in Lake County, Florida:
A portion of the following described lands:
That part of the following described tract lying and being East of an extension of the West boundary line of Government Lot One (1), Section 18, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, to-wit: That part of Government Lot Four (4), and of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 7, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, lying South of the Southerly right-of-way line of a clay road, otherwise more particularly described as follows: From the Southwest corner of Government Lot Four (4), Section 7, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, run North 89°13'50" East along the South line of said Government Lot Four (4), 381.85 feet to a point in the centerline of a County road (said point being the Point of Beginning of this description); thence run North 44°22'50" East along said centerline 192.96 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 942.63 feet; thence run Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 08°11'30" a distance of 134.77 feet to the end of said curve; thence run North 33°11'20" East 94.00 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 245.51 feet; thence run Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 75°10'00" a distance of 245.57 feet to the end of said curve; thence run South 71°38'40" East 625.52 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 820.23 feet; run thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 15°24'50" a distance of 220.66 feet to the end of said curve; run thence South 87°03'30" East 79.87 feet to a point on the West line of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 7 that is North 00°00'40" East 161.89 feet from the Southwest corner of said Southeast One- Quarter (said corner also being the Southeast corner of said Government Lot Four (4); thence run South 87°03'30" East 1454.78 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 136.53 feet; thence run Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 34°05'10" 81.22 feet; thence run South 39.35 feet to the South line of said Southeast One-Quarter (SE 1/4); run thence South 89°13'50" West along said South line 1528.25 feet to the Southwest corner of said Southeast One-Quarter; run thence South 89°13'50" West along the South line of the aforementioned Government Lot Four (4) 1433.20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT: any portion lying within Tract N, HARBOR HILLS UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 13 through 27, inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
