PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Cole Sea Bright, LLC has applied to the Planning/Zoning Board of the Borough of Sea Bright to consider an application for approval to permit the demolition of the existing Super Storm Sandy-damaged structure and the construction of a new Flood Zone compliant home, with respect to premises known as Block 12, Lot 13 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Sea Bright and commonly known as 26 New Street, Sea Bright, New Jersey. In addition, the Applicant will request such other variances, exceptions, interpretations and design waivers as may be determined to be necessary by the Planning/Zoning Board in order to develop this property as stated above and will amend its application on the record accordingly.
