High St., Columbus, OH 43215; for a declaratory judgment and to quiet title to the property on 3939 Karl Road, Unit 200, Columbus, Ohio 43224; Parcel No. 010-213302-00.
Plaintiffs are seeking a judgment to declare the land contract to be cancelled and quieting title to the property, and for any other equitable relief. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
