Romans, whose Identities and Address(es) are unknown; will take notice that on May 18, 2026, Fantastic Homes, LLC, C/O Allied Servicing Corp., filed its Complaint in Case Number 26CV4691, Franklin County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Michael E. Romans, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Michael E. Romans, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executor and Assigns of Michael E. Romans, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 711 Lock Ave, Columbus, OH 43207
Parcel No.: 010-114268-00
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on August 12, 2026.
