NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025000093CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Levy County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Amanda M. McGinnes; Robert L. Chamberlin; Unknown Spouse of Robert L. Chamberlin; Williston Highlands Home Owners Association, Inc.; Williston Golf and Country Club Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Capital One, N.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the main lobby of the courthouse, 355 South Court Street, Bronson, FL 32621, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 30, WILLISTON HIGHLANDS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67D/67M, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
