LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., at the West Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1028 Ridge Road, Sellersville, PA, 18960, the West Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment on, and considering adoption of, an ordinance amending Chapter 200, Fire Prevention and Protection, of the West Rockhill Township Code to include Article II, Safety Plans for On-Site Energy Generation Systems and On-Site Energy Storage Systems, and providing for requirements and regulations. A full text copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the Township Municipal Building at 1028 Ridge Road, Sellersville, PA, 18960, the Bucks County Law Library, and the offices of this newspaper, during normal business hours.
