Charlton Planning Board
In accordance with Sections 200-5.13 and 200-7.2 G of Charlton’s Zoning Bylaw, the Charlton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 6:35 p.m. in the Planning Board Office in the George C. McKinstry Building, 37 Main Street, Charlton, Mass. on the application of Elliot Burlingame & Sons, Inc. 96 #6 Schoolhouse Road, Charlton, Mass. 01507 for approval of one (1) propo-sed reduced frontage lot totaling 5.0 acres, to con-struct a single family home on said lot located off A.F. Putnam Road, Charlton, Mass. (Assessor’s Map 70, Block A, Lot 8.5,8.6 &15)
Said property zoned Agricultural (A).
Copies of the reduced fron-tage special permit application are available for inspection at the Planning Board Office and Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
