June 17, 2026  Notice Of Public Hearing Charlton Planning Board   In accordance with Sections, 200-3.2.6(w) and 200-7.2.G of the Charlton Zoning By-Law, the Charlton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Planning Board office in person at the George McKinstry Municipal Building 37 Main Street, Charlton, MA 01507, on the request of New England Power Company, 170 Data Drive Waltham, MA 02451 to install an electrical substation to provide power to the Amazon Warehouse facility located at 53 Sturbridge Road. The property is located at 29 Snake Hill Road. (Assessor’s Map 44, Block B Lot 9.) The property is in the Agricultural, R-60 (A, R-60) Zone District. Copies of the site plan application are available for inspection at the Planning Board Office and the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
