PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
MEDWAY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Medway Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:30 P.M, in Sanford Hall at the Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, Medway, MA on an application from Roy Coates and Stephanie Greenspan with respect to property located at 17 Main Street, Assessor Parcel No. 32-033-0001 in the Agricultural-Residential I Zoning District. The application is for the issuance of a variance from Table 2, Dimensional and Density Regulations, to reduce the required rear yard setback for the construction of an above ground pool.
