Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals, under the Zoning By-Law of the Town of Swansea Massachusetts, will hold the following public hearings during their posted open meeting in the School Administration Building, 1 Gardner Neck Road, Swansea, Massachusetts on JULY 16, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following petitions:
#3287 – RONALD OLIVEIRA seeks variance &/or special permit to demo existing dwelling and construct new single-family dwelling waiving frontage, area, and setback requirements, at 52 Rhinecliffe Rd.
#3288- JAMES & PATRICIA KEIGHLEY seek a variance &/or special permit to install a rain roof over existing porch connecting house to detached garage waiving front setback requirements, at 112 Alsada Rd.
#3289- SUNSET BLUFF 1720, LLC/PAUL COTE seeks to appeal the Building Inspector’s ruling that Short-Term Rentals are not allowed in reference to property located at 84 Bluff Ave.
#3290 – PAUL GAUDREAU seeks a variance &/or special permit to construct a covered porch to existing non-conforming dwelling waiving front setback requirements, at 37 Ian St.
