PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Bylaws of the Town of Upton that the Upton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the following public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:30 pm – In-person at the Room 203 (a/k/a Little Town Hall) in Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Upton, MA and via Microsoft Teams.
• Variance – 14 Plumbley Rd – Application by Daniel White requesting a variance pursuant to MGL Chapter 10 Section 8, and Section 300-4.2 of the Zoning Bylaw. The applicant is requesting relief from the setback of the side yard to install a pool house on property within the Agricultural Residential (AR) district. Parcel 029-024.
• Variance – 118 Main St – Application by Edward Henderson Jr requesting a variance pursuant to MGL Chapter 10 Section 300-5.10 of the Zoning Bylaw. The applicant is seeking a variance to reduce the off-street parking requirement applicable to the property and permit an increase in restaurant occupancy from 65-96 persons.
