6:00 PM Applicant Linda Luperchino requesting a Special Permit under Section 3.9.1.4 of the Auburn Zoning Bylaw for a Kennel (5 or more dogs) at 399 Oxford Street North Map 40 Parcel 74. Presently on the premises is a single-family detached dwelling. The subject property is located in the Residence A (RA) Zoning District.
6:05 PM Applicant Lisa Khoury of POBCO Inc. requesting a Special Permit under Section 3.2.6.0 & 5.4 Table 1 of the Auburn Zoning Bylaw to extend or change a pre-existing non-conforming structure at 10 A Street Map 11 Parcel 15. Presently on the premises is an industrial warehouse. The subject property is located in the Industrial Park (IP) Zoning District.
6:10 PM Applicant 224A Southbridge Street, LLC requesting a Variance under Sections 4.3.6.2.2 & 4.3.6.2.3 / 6.3 G of the Auburn Zoning Bylaw to construct two new commercial buildings at 282 Southbridge Street Map 25 parcel 25. Presently the parcel is a vacant lot. The subject property is located in the Highway Business (HB) Zoning District.
6:15 PM Applicant MAST Futures LLC Requesting an Amendment to Special Permit condition #3 for the Special Permit approved on April 16, 2024 for the Indoor Amusement Facility planned on 615 Southbridge Street Map 55 Parcel 7. Presently on the premises is a dilapidated house. The subject property is located in the Highway Business (HB) Zoning District.
