51 Providence Acquisition, LLC has applied to the Planning Board seeking (1) Definitive Site Plan Review and (2) a Special Permit for Inclusionary Zoning Incentives to modify loading, parking, dimensional, landscaping, and layout requirements (Article VII, Section 6.A.ii.b.) under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on the premises is an office building. The property is located in the RG-5 (Residence, General) zoning district. The applicant seeks to raze the existing structure and construct a new five (5) story, ±60,000 SF multi-family high rise structure with ±50 dwelling units and ±50 parking spaces and to conduct associated site improvements (PB-2026-051).
A public meeting on the application will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
