PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Worcester Planning Board 51 Providence Street (MBL 04-026-09+36)   51 Providence Acquisition, LLC has applied to the Planning Board seeking (1) Definitive Site Plan Review and (2) a Special Permit for Inclusionary Zoning Incentives to modify loading, parking, dimensional, landscaping, and layout requirements (Article VII, Section 6.A.ii.b.) under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on the premises is an office building. The property is located in the RG-5 (Residence, General) zoning district. The applicant seeks to raze the existing structure and construct a new five (5) story, ±60,000 SF multi-family high rise structure with ±50 dwelling units and ±50 parking spaces and to conduct associated site improvements (PB-2026-051).
