Lauring Enterprise has applied to the Planning Board seeking (1) an Amendment to Definitive Subdivision Plan Approval under the requirements of the City of Worcester Subdivision Rules & Regulations and (2) an Amendment to a Definitive Site Plan Approval under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on the premises of the abovementioned properties are wooded vacant lots. The properties are located within an RS-7 (Residence, Single-Family) zoning district. The applicant seeks an amendment to their Definitive Site Plan and Definitive Subdivision Plan approvals (PB-2025-088), which allowed construction of a ±400’ extension of Morgan Street, 13 single-family dwellings, and related utility, grading, paving, drainage, and site work, in order to modify the conditions of approval (PB-2026-59).
A public meeting on the application will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
