Presently on the premises of the abovementioned properties are wooded vacant lots. The properties are located within an RS-7 (Residence, Single-Family) zoning district. The applicant seeks an amendment to their Definitive Site Plan and Definitive Subdivision Plan approvals (PB-2025-088), which allowed construction of a ±400’ extension of Morgan Street, 13 single-family dwellings, and related utility, grading, paving, drainage, and site work, in order to modify the conditions of approval (PB-2026-59).
