PETITION TO PARTITION LEGAL NOTICE   A.C. 93a   COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS PROBATE AND FAMILY COURT DEPARTMENT   BRISTOL. ss.            PROBATE COURT   BR26E0025PP   To Beaudoin Saintfort of Taunton, MA in the County of Bristol and Homebridge Financial Services Inc. of Iselin, in the State of New Jersey and to all other persons interested.   A petition has been presented to said Court by Migelie Pierre Fleurimar of Bridgewater in the County of Plymouth representing that they hold as Joint Tenants, an undivided share of certain land lying in Taunton in said County and briefly described as follows: See Attached:   The land with the buildings thereon, in Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts, being shown as Lot 2 on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Taunton, Massachusetts Owned by The Estate of Vesta M. Berube, Scale 1" = 40', May 10, 1999, Hayward-Boynton & Williams, Inc. Land Surveyors & Civil Engineers, 60 Court St., Taunton, MA” which plan is recorded with Bristol County Northern District Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 380, Page 36, to which plan reference may be made for a further and more particular description of the granted premises.   Said Lot 2 contains 31,538 square feet of land, more or less according to said Plan.   setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Seven Hundred Thousand ($700,000.00) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.   If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the fourteenth day of August 2026, the return day of this citation.   Witness, Paul M.
