NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Shastina Community Services District Board will hold a Public Hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting on July 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Administration Building, 16320 Everhart Drive, Weed, CA 96094. The purpose of the Public Hearing is for IMPENDING DELINQUENCY REPORTING TO THE TAX COLLECTOR, SISKIYOU COUNTY at which time the Board of Directors shall hear and consider any objections or protests to the report of taxes, assessment and other charges levied for the fiscal year 2025-2026, being delinquent, shall be declared tax-defaulted pursuant to Government Code §61115 (b) on or before August 10, 2026. The owner may avoid DELINQUENT AMOUNT BEING TAX ROLLED TO THE SISKIYOU COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR through payment of all unpaid amounts prior to the date when the tax collector obtains the DELINQUENT TAX REPORT.
