The City of Barstow invites informal bids for Main Street Rehabilitation – 1st Ave. to Barstow Road Project . Work includes Cold milling, remove sewer manholes, AC pavement rubberized, reinstating sewer manholes, loop detectors, signage and striping, erosion control, swppp, mobilization, demobilization insurance, bond, and public notification. Engineers Estimate $218,677.00 Bid Documents. This is a California prevailing wage public works project; contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the State of California’s Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
