12438157 NOTICE OF ZONING PUBLIC HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the following recommendation has been made to the City Council by the Alexandria Zoning Commission and was introduced at June 30, 2026, and laid over for publication of notice, to wit:   1) AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 3511 ENGLAND DRIVE, ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA, FROM A MHP (MOBILE HOME PARK ZONING DISTRICT) TO A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE) TO ALLOW FOR MOBILE HOMES AND RV’S FOR LOTS 9-20, 37-48 AND LOT 57 AT AN EXISTING MOBILE HOME PARK AND OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO.   2) AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 58 HEYMAN LANE, ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA, FROM A B-2 (COMMUNITY BUSINESS) TO A C-1 (LIMITED COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT) TO ALLOW FOR COMMERCIAL PARKING AND OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO.   Public hearing, prior to final adoption of the above recommendation, will be held by the Alexandria City Council on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.   Citizens interested in the adoption of the above recommendations as well as those opposed thereto, are notified to appear at said meeting.   /s/ Donna Jones, MMC City Clerk
