12438175 NOTICE OF ZONING ORDINANCES   Notice is hereby given that the following ordinances was introduced at a meeting of the Alexandria City Council on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 and laid over for publication of notice, to wit:   1) AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 3511 ENGLAND DRIVE, ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA, FROM A MHP (MOBILE HOME PARK ZONING DISTRICT) TO A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE) TO ALLOW FOR MOBILE HOMES AND RV’S FOR LOTS 9-20, 37-48 AND LOT 57 AT AN EXISTING MOBILE HOME PARK AND OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO.   2) AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 58 HEYMAN LANE, ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA, FROM A B-2 (COMMUNITY BUSINESS) TO A C-1 (LIMITED COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT) TO ALLOW FOR COMMERCIAL PARKING AND OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO.   Public hearing, prior to final adoption of the above ordinance will be held by the Alexandria City Council on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
