NOTICE OF ACTION TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD TAKE NOTICE THAT ON June 17, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Franklin in the County of Somerset took the following action: Under Docket # PLN-26-00004, granted Minor Subdivision and bulk variances approval to Suydam Associates, FLP, for the creation of two(2) lots in the Agricultural ("A") zone. Variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:550-70(c)(2) was granted as follows: A. Minimum Lot Area - six acres required and one acre approved for Proposed Lot 32.04; B. Minimum Lot Frontage - 400 feet required and 199 feet approved for Proposed Lot 32.04; and C. Minimum Reay Yard Setback - 200 feet required and 50 feet approved for Proposed Lot 32.04.
