That an application has been made by Jordan Schoem and Lindsey Schoem to the Wyckoff Zoning Board of Adjustment. For Hardship Variance Relief; so as to permit the construction of a second-story addition and front portico to the existing single-family dwelling, together with variance relief relating to lot area, frontage, front yard setback, side yard setbacks, principal building coverage, existing noncomforming conditions, and any other variances, waivers or approvals that may be required, on premises located at Block 269, Lot 2, 84 Harding Road, Wyckoff, New Jersey. A hearing has been ordered for July 16, 2026 with a Work Session at 7:30 p.m. in the second floor Court Room and a Public Meeting at 8:00 p.m. in the second floor Court Room in Town Hall, 340 Franklin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. When the case is called, you may appear either in person or represented by an attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this application.
