A public hearing will be held by the City Council on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications and form of contract) on file in the City Engineer's Office, and estimated cost for each improvement at its meeting on August 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, T.M.
