ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Taxilane T and T Hangar Ramp Rehabilitation At SOUTH BEND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SOUTH BEND, INDIANA   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sealed Proposals (bids) for the Taxilane T and T Hangar Ramp Rehabilitation project from qualified Bidders with relevant experience will be received by the ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY at the South Bend International Airport, 4477 Progress Drive, South Bend, Indiana 46628 until Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Board Room at this time. Late submissions will not be accepted. All rules and regulations pursuant to the State of Indiana shall govern this project.   The project generally consists of asphalt milling and asphalt resurfacing of airfield pavements. The Airport Authority expects the project to be completed by the end of calendar year 2026.   The Project Specifications will be available on Monday July 6, 2026, in PDF until the deadline and may be obtained by e-mailing jyahwak@sbnair.com. No paper copies will be provided.   An optional pre-bid meeting will be held in the Airport Terminal Building in the Studebaker Room at 4477 Progress Drive, South Bend, Indiana 46628 on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST.
