The seats to be filled at this General Municipal Election are Seat Number 1, Seat Number 2, and Seat Number 3. Candidates must be a qualified voter in the State of Florida and have resided in the State of Florida and the City of Indian Harbour Beach, or in an area which has been annexed by the City of Indian Harbour Beach, for at least one (1) year immediately preceding qualifying. The qualifying period for this seat will begin at noon on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and will end at noon on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
