NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 3, 2026, in Case No. 01-2024-CA-001683 of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and JEREMY PAUL; VIRGINIA PAUL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMY PAUL; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA PAUL are Defendants, the Office of J.K.
