APPEAL OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION CASE:
APPEAL 2026-18
Jennifer Hornacek, applicant, is requesting an Appeal of an Administrative Decision. The appeal is of an administrative decision by the Pender County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Administrator regarding two issues related to the Vineyard Trace Subdivision. The first issue is related to the intersection of a utility easement and an existing access easement. The second issue is related to the placement of a fence by the Vineyard Trace HOA to block access to their private streets which was determined to be a civil matter. The subject properties are located west of US Highway 421 and north of the intersection of US Highway 421 and Richard Switch Road in the Grady Township may be further identified by Pender County PIN(s): 2284-68-0066-0000 & 2284-67-0567-0000.
