CITY OF MIDDLETOWN COMMON COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Middletown will hold a Public Hearing on July 7, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 16 James Street, Middletown, New York, to consider a proposed amendment to Section 475-25(B) of the City Code to permit Outdoor Vehicle Storage Facilities, subject to Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval requirements, within the I-2 Heavy Industry Zoning District. The full text of the proposed amendment is available on the City website and may also be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours.
