7, 11 AND 23 PLEASANT STREET, OLD GROVE PARK, NATICK LEGAL NOTICE  Natick Historic District Commission Notice of Public Hearing   On Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 7:00 pm, the Natick Historic District Commission will hold a hybrid meeting in the School Committee Room located at 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA (in-person participation) and virtually via Zoom (remote participation) to review the application for a Certificate of Appropriateness filed by Town of Natick/Angela Snell for Case No. HD-26-4, which includes accessibility improvements and enhancements to Old Town Park, Grove Park, and Multi-Purpose Area for the parcels at 7, 11 and 23 Pleasant Street (Assessor Map 63, Lots 23, 21A, and 21) as outlined in the Application.   A copy of the application and associated materials can be reviewed through the Town’s OpenGov website at https://natickma.portal.opengov.com/records/229722.
