OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
TO: SAM W. MAYS, JR., Defendant in Fi. Fa., ANY AND ALL OCCUPANTS OF 864 HICKMAN ROAD, AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, and all persons known or unknown who have or claim any right, title, interest in, or lien upon the property described below.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem property commonly known as 864 Hickman Road, Augusta, Georgia, and being the same property conveyed to James R. Key by tax deed following the tax sale conducted on July I, 2025, said property being more particularly described as follows:
All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 035- 3-331-01-0, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, being Tract A, containing 0.18 acre, more or less, shown in Realty Reel 383, Page 2099, described in Deed Book 665, Page 304, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 864 Hickman Road.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 24th day of August, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the Ist day of August, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1978, Page 1921.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 24th day of August, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
