A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN SECTIONS 29 AND 45, T8S, R3E, SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PORT VINCENT-OAK GROVE ROAD, WHICH POINT MEASURES 32-1/2 FEET EAST FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5 AS SHOWN ON A PLAN OF SURVEY PREPARED BY HENRY E.
