vs.
MICELA PROPERTIES, INC, an Arizona corporation; MICELA CUSTOM HOMES & PROPERTIES, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, and LUIGI MICELA, an individual; MICELA PROPERTIES ENTERPRISES, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 20th day of April, 2026, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January, 2026, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendants, Micela Properties, Inc., Micela Custom Homes & Properties, LLC, Luigi Micela, and Micela Properties Enterprises, LLC, as follows:
Principal amount -- $539,734.44; Prejudgment interest -- $136,780.75; Attorney fees -- $71,185.00; Costs -- $3,713.84; Judgment remains unsatisfied in the amount of $751,414.03, plus accruing interest at 7.75% per annum from January 6, 2026, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 567, of MOUNTAIN GATE AT LAS SENDAS, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 538 of Maps, Page 38.
AKA: 7644 E. Wolf Canyon Street, Mesa, Arizona 85207.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
