UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 23rd day of April, 2026, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action: WHEREAS, on the 1st day of April, 2026, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, above-named, as follows: The principal sum of $9,788.00, together with interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of this Judgment until paid; For Plaintiff’s costs of Court in the amount of $1,146.10, and reasonable attorney’s fees in the amount of $6,930.00, plus 7.7500% interest per annum from the date of judgment until paid; That Plaintiff obtained a personal judgment against Defendant Megan S. White in the Highland Justice Court, Case No. CC2024273939RC (the “Personal Judgment”), and that attorneys’ fees in the amount of $1,457.50 and costs of court in the amount of $233.10 awarded therein are secured by the assessment lien pursuant to A.R.S. §33-1807 and may be collected through foreclosure of the assessment lien; That Plaintiff has an assessment lien against the Property in the amount of $9,788.00, and that such amount may be collected through a sheriff’s sale of the Property, including quarterly assessments of $310.00 and late fees of $15.00 per late assessment that shall accrue from the date of this judgment until the time of sale, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit: Lot 71, of LAYTON LAKES PARCEL 18, according to the Plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 1193 of Maps, Page 31 and Re-Plat recorded in Book 1261 of Maps, Page 27.
