NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Valley Central School District, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the New York State General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following:
Request for Bid (RFB): RFB-VC – Irrigation Services
Bids will be received by the Valley Central School District until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at the location identified below. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Any bid received after the date and time specified above, for any reason, shall be deemed late and will not be opened or considered for award.

The Valley Central School District Business Office; and the Valley Central School District website.
Bidders who obtain this RFB from any source other than those listed above are strongly encouraged to contact the District to obtain an official copy. Bidders who are not registered with the District are not guaranteed receipt of addenda or other critical bid-related communications. Failure to submit a bid using official bid documents may result in disqualification.
BID DUE DATE
All bid submissions must be received by the District no later than:
