LAND USE BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NEWTON, NEW JERSEY
TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an application with the Town of Newton Land Use Board for a zoning permit affecting the property located at 23 Diller Avenue and designated on the Town of Newton Tax Map as Block 19.06 Lot 4 (formally Block 1303 Lot 4)
The applicant is seeking to operate a home business which requires variances and/or approvals pursuant to the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(a) and/or 50:55D-70(b), and may include conditional use approval, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-67 of the Town of Newton Zoning and Land Use Ordinance.
Specifically, the applicant seeks a zoning permit along with any other variances, waivers, or permits deemed necessary by the Board during the review of this application to allow massage, energy healing, and coaching to clients.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing has been scheduled on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Newton Municipal Building located at 39 Trinity Street, Newton, New Jersey 07860.
When the case is called, you may appear in person, or by an attorney, to present any comments, objections, or evidence you may have regarding this application.
The application, maps, and supporting documents are on file and available for public inspection at the Town of Newton Land Use Department.
