PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge, which is held in the Council Chambers, Memorial Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, Woodbridge, New Jersey.
The subject of the hearing will be Narain Muthuraj. The Applicant is applying to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a D(1) use variance to permit the demolition and reconstruction of a two-family dwelling with three (3) bedrooms in each unit in the R-6 Zone, where such use is not permitted except within the R-6/2F subzone.
The property further contains currently existing nonconforming condition to which no changes are proposed as follows:
1. Minimum Lot Depth – where 100 feet is required and 96 feet is existing and proposed.
Applicant seeks any and all other waivers, variances and/or submission requirements of the bulk and/or design standards which are, or may, be required to develop the premises as requested in the Application and that the Township of Woodbridge may find necessary. However, none other than the above are contemplated at the present time.
This plan is for the site known as Block 566.03, Lot 13.04 located at 615 Ridgewood Avenue, Township of Woodbridge, NJ which is located in the R-6 High-Density Single-Family Residential Zone. Plans and Maps, plans and other related documents are on file in the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
