Project consists of renovating the old 3rd floor jail area into an approximately 10,000sf file storage room. A new 40-ton packaged rooftop unit shall be added onto the existing roof with hot water heating coils to provide heating, cooling, and ventilation to the space. Electrical modifications to support HVAC system upgrades will be made by others.
