LOT NUMBER SIX HUNDRED NINE (609) IN WM. L. ELDER AND ALFRED F. POTTS ARMSTRONG PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 60, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are known:
Manuel A. Reyes Beltran, State of Indiana Department of Revenue, George & Lorayne King Family Trust, Indiana Finance Financial Corp., Personal Finance Company LLC, Curtis Motor Sales Inc., Birge & Held Asset. Management as managing agent for Pheasant Run Apartments, Unknown Occupant(s), Office of the Indiana Attorney General, National Fire & Marine Insurance Co.
and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown:
AHI Properties Indiana and Southport Crossing, formerly known as Tuscan Pointe
